We at Arogya Gramin Healthcare Foundation (AGHF) are dedicated to driving meaningful change in the areas of healthcare, skill development, and community empowerment. Registered under the Government of India Act 2013 and certified with ISO 9001:2015, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, transparency, and impact in all our initiatives. Our efforts focus on bridging gaps in skill development by empowering individuals through specialized training and certification programs.
We have partnered/collobrating with several Sector Skill Councils, including the Furniture and Fittings Sector Skill Council (FFSC), National Safai Karamcharis Finance and Development Corporation (NSKFDC), Skill India and the Hydrocarbon Sector Skill Council (HSSC). These collaborations have enabled us to deliver impactful programs such as the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for Assistant Carpenters and Retail Outlet Attendants. Additionally, we have successfully trained over 4,500 SC/ST youth in Karnataka for roles in the gig economy, providing them with nationally recognized certifications and sustainable employment opportunities.
We are proud of our impactful CSR initiatives, such as our collaboration with Mahindra Logistics Limited. Together, we implemented a 100-hour logistics training program that equipped individuals with practical skills in warehouse operations and supply chain management, enhancing their employability in the sector.
In healthcare, we strive to make essential services accessible to all. Our 24x7 medical support during the Pitru Paksha Mela in Gaya is just one example of our commitment to serving vulnerable populations. Through free health camps in underserved areas, we address chronic illnesses, promote preventive care, and improve overall community health. We are also strong advocates for women’s health, conducting menstrual hygiene awareness programs and distributing free sanitary napkins to foster healthy practices and break social stigmas.
