Arogya Gramin Healthcare Foundation (AGHF) is proud to announce the successful completion of the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) RPL 4.0 program in collaboration with the Furniture and Fittings Sector Skill Council (FFSC). This pivotal initiative focused on the job role of Assistant Carpenter, a vital profession in the construction and furniture sectors. The 120-hour Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) 4.0 program was specially designed to benefit skilled carpenters who had significant on-the-job experience but lacked formal recognition or certification for their expertise. By assessing and certifying their existing skills, the program has empowered these professionals with official credentials, which enhances their professional credibility and opens doors to better employment opportunities.
