AGHF successfully implemented a transformative 100-hour CSR project in partnership with Mahindra Logistics Limited and the Logistics Sector Skill Council. This forward-thinking initiative was meticulously designed to uplift the Logistics and Supply Chain sector by offering specialized training for the Warehouse Associate job role. The program focused on equipping participants with industry-relevant skills, hands-on practical knowledge, and a solid understanding of the logistics ecosystem, ensuring their readiness to meet the demands of modern warehouse operations.
By aligning with nationally recognized sector standards, this initiative ensured that the training was not only comprehensive but also industry-certified, enhancing participants' employability and career prospects. Participants were introduced to cutting-edge practices in warehouse management, inventory handling, safety protocols, and supply chain optimization, fostering a deeper understanding of the intricacies involved in logistics.
